She gets no answer from the customer support.ДЄt the first glance, this seems like its a problem with the account, not with the application. I can login on her computer with my login data, so everything is installed correctly. This manual has all the information you will need to get you started in 3DXChat.ДЇor me both updates were installed without any problem, but:ДЄ friend of mine cannot login since the update, neither on her own computer, nor on mine with her account data, which worked before, up to the update. Since meanwhile there are enough alternatives for the English-language version, I will only update the German-language instructions in the future, starting with the version for 3DXChat 2.7 Build> = 421
